Vacation!!

Ahh Florida. :) It's soo nice here! I haven't really been doing a good job e-mailing this year, so I thought I'd write a little blog post with some highlights:

1. Shopping for me and Peter's new beach-themed bathroom! They have AWESOME stuff for that here! We found some shells, a SWEET seahorse ornament, a storage box, 3 wall hangings, and a little bottle of shells and sand. Peter was surprisingly into it, and we had a TON of fun!

2. Crib tournament. Peter taught me how to play crip. I beat him in a "first to 7" tournament. I came back from being three behind, won four in a row, and beat him bad. He was super impressed. hahaha

3. Bought wedding shoes, panties, and garter!!!! Found perfect lingerie to match panties and garter for the wedding night, but didn't buy it... Now feeling quite stupid...

4. The rotating restaurant on the top top of a hotel. Very cool! Very yummy cake.

I'd post some pictures, but I've hardly taken any this year... I'll work on that for the next two days before I come home.

Lots of News!

Well, a lot has happened since the last time I wrote! I got engaged, I'm getting married August 23, I bought a wedding dress, I got some new ink... Wow! It's been insane! But very exciting. I can't wait to be married. I think it's going to be great. My married friends keep telling me that it is, and I believe them.

I have a lot to plan... It's a bit stressful, but everyone's super into helping me out, so that's nice. :) After we set the bridesmaid dresses and tux rentals, most of the major things will be taken care of... The rest will be just details. And marriage counseling... Apparently, my pastor is going to tell us to have lots of sex and be spontaneous. Sounds like fun! haha I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep a straight face through that talk, but I will do my best!

More importantly, however, is a further update on the yogurt. I have determined that I don't like the texture of raspberry yogurt, which sucks because I really like raspberry as a flavour in general... But I am loving the peach and the blueberry. Looks like we've hit the jackpot! Amarea is now eating yogurt! And whole wheat bread! And lettuce on sandwiches! It's true... I've come a long way...
