A Weekend Adventure!

Amanda and I went on an adventure yesterday! :) We decided to go down on the waterfront for an ice cream in the late afternoon, and we spontaneously decided to take the Metro Transit ferry across to Dartmouth. Once we got there, we saw a very unhappy looking bride, and we discovered that nothing was open because it was after 5! So, we sat outside by the water until the ferry came back, and then we headed back to Halifax. lol After that little adventure, we grabbed a hotdog instead of an ice cream, and headed into Bayer's Lake to do some errands.

I've decided to start scrapbooking! Amanda does it, so she's gonna teach me. I picked up some cool stickers and stuff, but I still need to get a book and paper and all that other stuff. I'll have to wait till I have a bit of money, but I'm excited to start. My first scrapbook is going to be one of all the girls! I'm excited to do it. I think I might get everyone to go all sentimental and write a little note about what all of our friendships mean to you or something. lol And I might do a profile page of each of us too... Once I figure that out, I'll let you all know. ;)

Back to school tomorrow... Ugh... I have four chapters of readings to do for Tuesday. It's disgusting... My law one is 46!!! pages long - on legal sized paper!! It's crazy. I am not excited.

sarah chan says, I think I know why our collective msn space (dare I announce to the public the title? haha) is a little lacking for content - with having to keep up with writting our own blogs and reading the 5 others, and after you sprinkle some comments here and there it's like . . . whew, and now, what to say on that other site? I'm sure it will build up in time, but for now, I've got nothing and I'm done my every-once-in-a-long-while get updated on everyone's life by blog. (well, I still don't have my own computer yet) hmm, maybe this should've been a girl gmail convo

Sa-weet!! Do you know of any semi-cheap places to buy books?? I went to Wal Mart, but they seem to have a rather large abundance of baby books, wedding books, and travel books, and that's about it!

I'm not surprised you couldn't find anything to do in dartmouth. they say the only reason people go to dartmouth is to see the view of halifax. I disagree, it's to see the view of halifax AND go to micmacmall.

it's true.

hahaha That's so true, Deb! The only time I ever go to Dartmouth is to go to MicMac! (Or to take Trent home, I suppose...) But it is funny, because we did just sit on the water looking at Halifax the whole time!
